The device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

How to report a problem

To report a problem, please send an e-mail to info@dpfcontrol.eu and provide the order details together with a description of the defect. After receiving the claim, the seller will review the issue and attempt to resolve it remotely within 5 business days. If this is not possible, the customer will receive further instructions regarding sending the device for verification.

The warranty claim should include:
  • Full name,
  • Order number,
  • Device description,
  • Email address used for the purchase,
  • Date of purchase,
  • Detailed description of the problem or defect.
  • If remote support does not solve the problem, the device may be subject to further verification, repair, or replacement.
  • As a general rule, the cost of sending the device to the seller under the warranty procedure is borne by the customer.
  • First 30 Days: If the claim is approved within the first 30 days from purchase, the seller bears the cost of replacement and return shipping.
  • Repair or replacement is carried out only after verification that the defect was not caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or unauthorized interference.
  • If the claim is accepted, the seller decides whether to repair the device or replace it with a new one.

Warranty does not cover

  • Mechanical damage,
  • Damage caused by improper use,
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or interference,
  • Normal wear and tear,
  • Damage caused by external factors.
