Warranty
The device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
How to report a problem
To report a problem, please send an e-mail to info@dpfcontrol.eu and provide the order details together with a description of the defect. After receiving the claim, the seller will review the issue and attempt to resolve it remotely within 5 business days. If this is not possible, the customer will receive further instructions regarding sending the device for verification.

- Order number,
- Device description,
- Email address used for the purchase,
- Date of purchase,
- Detailed description of the problem or defect.
- If remote support does not solve the problem, the device may be subject to further verification, repair, or replacement.
- As a general rule, the cost of sending the device to the seller under the warranty procedure is borne by the customer.
- First 30 Days: If the claim is approved within the first 30 days from purchase, the seller bears the cost of replacement and return shipping.
- Repair or replacement is carried out only after verification that the defect was not caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or unauthorized interference.
- If the claim is accepted, the seller decides whether to repair the device or replace it with a new one.
Warranty does not cover
- Mechanical damage,
- Damage caused by improper use,
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or interference,
- Normal wear and tear,
- Damage caused by external factors.
