Return & Refund Policy

The rules for returning goods purchased in the dpfcontrol.eu store are as follows:

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
• Before returning the goods, the customer must send information about the intention to return the order to: info@dpfcontrol.eu.
• The return request should include:
  • Full name,
  • Order number,
  • Description of the returned goods,
  • Email address used for the purchase,
  • Date of purchase.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The store does not cover the cost of return shipping.
• If reasonably possible, the returned goods should be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, suitable protective packaging should be used.
• The returned product must be sent back in a condition that allows it to be inspected and the return to be approved.
• Bundle Rule: In the case of sets, the 1:1 return rule applies. This means that we do not accept returns of individual items that are part of a set. The set must be returned in full.
• Only goods actually ordered from the store may be returned. We do not accept unrelated items or incomplete returns that do not match the original order.
• Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
• The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
